Welcome! Of course I won’t give you all the details, that would take for-ever!
Cajun born and bread, I love the fact that I’m 100% Cajun as this is where I learned to love food. My mother knew how to make the most amazing Cajun dishes and I tried to learn from her how to use spices to create some flavorful and memorable dishes while channeling her spirit. I relocated to Los Angeles, then moved to London, then moved back to Los Angeles. I hadn’t seen much of the world until I moved to California but by taking that first international trip I couldn’t imagine not traveling and learning more about people, their cultures and especially about their foods.
I have an amazing partner, he’s been putting up with me for 20 plus years now and we’be both had a huge appetite for travel and food. We’re both looking forward to new adventures with our travels and also exploring the extremely diverse food culture in Los Angeles.
